2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with vip4, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 200 (Two Hundred Taka)
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 10–30 minutes for Mobile Banking/Nagad, and 1–2 business days for bank transfers.
• Identity Verification: KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• No Hidden Charges: vip4 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals.

Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until wagering requirements are fully met. vip4 may request additional verification for any unusual or suspicious transactions.

4Bonus & Promotional Offers

Vip4 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following general terms apply when you accept any of these bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, typically 20x–35x the bonus amount. Full details are available on each offer's page.
• Validity: Bonuses must be used within a specified period after being credited. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are valid for specific games only. This will be stated in the offer details.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Fraudulent Use: Abusing the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

5Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on vip4 are determined by an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The key rules for gaming are:

• Use of Software: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
